Carson Palmer (ARI vs. 49ers) — He cruised into his bye week in fine form with three touchdowns and 363 yards against the Panthers. A rested Palmer hosts a 49ers team that has been hemorrhaging touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks of late: three in each of the last two games and a total of 18 in the last seven games.
