Tyrod Taylor is back as the Buffalo Bills’ starting quarterback as rookie Nate Peterman remains sidelined because of a concussion, the team announced on Friday.
Bills coach Sean McDermott said Peterman, who was injured in the Bills’ 13-7 overtime victory over Indianapolis on Sunday, remains in concussion protocol. Taylor, who was nearly cut by the Bills after last season and benched by McDermott this season, will attempt to lead Buffalo past the Miami Dolphins as the team tries to reach the playoffs for the first time since 1999.
